The Cannabis Control Commission at its public meeting today began reviewing draft regulations related to Independent Testing Labs (ITLs) and the testing of cannabis and cannabis products. The draft regulations will be discussed at an upcoming meeting and will be open for public comment in early 2027. Learn more and review the draft regulations:
