Box 4 Special Services provides incident rehab for first responders of Greater Worcester and all across Massachusetts. On December 8, 2011, Firefighter Jon D.
Box 4 Special Services was established in 1921 when a major fire broke out along Main Street in Worcester. The temperature that night was said to be around 10 degrees below zero. A group of residents got together to provide warm drinks and blankets to the firemen due to the extreme cold. The group organized into what would become Box 4, which was the number of the City Hall fire alarm box that ran
