Happy Wednesday!! Burr, its cold. Please bundle up and stay safe. Also, please stay tuned and up to date on this weekend's weather event. Depending on the weather source you listen to, it could be up to 1-2 feet (12-24 inches) of SNOW. We haven't seen that for a few years around here so make sure you have flashlights, charged phones and food, water, batteries, toilet paper (yes, I said it). Most importantly any medications that you need for a few days until the roads are plowed.
Our Public Works crew are 3 strong, they will do the best that they can. Please be patient. Also, please remember that 24 hours after the snow stops residents/owners are responsible for clearing snow and ice off their sidewalks in front of their homes. Stay safe and warm.
The North York Borough Offices will be closing at 11:30 am today. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
