The Center provides service to the counties of Adams, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York.
Although it is located in York County, the Center for Traffic Safety serves a region which also includes Adams, Lancaster, and Lebanon Counties. The Center is funded exclusively by federal highway safety grants/contracts administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Advisory bodies, comprised of residents from the business and private sector, are set-up in each county to facilitate our coordinators in developing specific traffic safety programming.

Gearing up for a family RV adventure? You should know that motorized RVs aren’t recommended for transporting children.👶🏾
⭐If you want to bring children along on your trip, try these safety-friendly alternatives instead:
🌞Have an adult drive a second car behind the RV. Instead of riding in the RV, children can ride in the vehicle where they can be restrained properly.
🌞Use a non-motorized, towable RV. Children can ride in the passenger vehicle that is pulling the RV.
🌞Select an RV with seats built to comply with federal seat belt standards.

Like everywhere, we have seen an increase in motorized bikes, scooters, and dirt bikes.
Many electric dirt bikes are not legal for operation on public roads, sidewalks, or parks. Parents may be held responsible for violations involving juvenile riders, I mean, parents, you probably purchased it, right?
