This is National Fire Prevention Week! Help protect workers and emergency responders by properly disposing of household rechargeable batteries.

🔋 Lithium-ion batteries can cause fires that burn hotter, are harder to extinguish and can reignite days later.

Never place rechargeable batteries in household trash or recycling. Check with your local waste or recycling program for proper disposal options.

Proper battery disposal helps prevent fires and keeps our communities safer.
