Grateful to partner with Grafton High School Key Club, Grafton High and York County School Division to award two outstanding seniors with scholarships this morning to support their future endeavors.

Future leaders are being well developed today through the support of York County School Division and the many career development programs provided, including: DECA, FBLA, TSA,  entrepreneurship mentors, mock interviews, subject matter guest speakers, and more. Thank you, Christina Majka for your update to our club members today! 

It was great to hear Keith Bird's presentation this week about the Appalachian Service Project and we're glad to support this kind outreach work. Proud to support the YMCA Bright Beginnings program, that provides new school clothes with donor support. Kiwanian & Y Director, Paul, invited fellow club members to shop with children this August with funds donated to the Y to help over 250 children, who also receive back backs full of new school supplies to help kids succeed. Angela York presented at Kiwanis today about the important services that THRIVE Peninsula provides to community members needing a little help, from their food market, to financial education, legal services, and service referrals.
