This month is Mental Health Awareness Month. At NATASHA House, we understand that stable housing, compassionate support, and human connection all play an important role in mental wellness. In fact, many of the women we serve are rebuilding their lives while overcoming trauma, crisis, and overwhelming challenges — and no one should have to do that alone. Join us in helping to break the stigma around mental health and supporting spaces, like NATASHA House, where healing and hope can grow.

Today, we honor the strength, love, and resilience of mothers everywhere — especially the women who are rebuilding, healing, and creating new beginnings for themselves and their children. 💜 Every day at NATASHA House, we see the courage it takes to keep going through difficult circumstances, and we are continually inspired by our moms who are working toward stability, hope, and a brighter future.
To every mother, grandmother, caregiver, mentor, and mother figure — thank you for the countless ways you nurture, support, and uplift others. Wishing you a Mother’s Day filled with love, peace, and the reminder that you are valued.

Today is Give Local 757—a day when our community comes together to support causes that matter. At NATASHA House, we’re focusing on what matters most: direct impact. We invite you to give directly—so every dollar goes immediately to the mothers and children we serve, without additional fees and without delay. Every gift—no matter the size—helps a family move from crisis to stability. bit.ly/4d6X0MK. Thank you for being part of this work!

Special thanks to the firefighters at Hampton Fire Station #3 for coming out during Fire Prevention Week to talk with our CHAMPS about fire safety. They even got to try on some uniforms so we may have some future firefighters in our midst!
