31! That's how many affordable homeownership opportunities have been made possible through our partnership with the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation and funding from the Ohio Department of Development's Welcome Home Ohio program.

Together, we've helped bring new life to vacant properties throughout Youngstown and Mahoning County, including six rehabilitated homes and 25 newly constructed homes.

We're proud of what this partnership has accomplished and look forward to continuing this important work!

➡️ Partnership Spotlight: Delivering on the Promise of Property

Campbell City Council President George Levendis and Mayor Bill Valentino reflect on the city’s partnership with the Land Bank and its impact throughout Campbell.

Since 2015, the city and Land Bank have worked together to remove 240 units of vacant, abandoned and dilapidated property using more than $3.8 million in state grant funding.

We’re pleased to announce that we’ll host this year’s Ohio Land Bank Associationconference alongside our fellow Lake-to-River region land banks:

Mahoning County Land Bank
Trumbull County Land Bank
Columbiana County Land Bank
Ashtabula County Land Bank

This marks the first time multiple land banks will come together to host the statewide conference. We’re looking forward to welcoming hundreds of attendees working in land banking, community revitalization and economic development across Ohio.
