Atlas Storage & Business Centers is looking for a full-time maintenance worker to work at our Yucaipa location. Pay is hourly plus commission after a 30-day probation. Maintenance duties include but are not limited to: regular cleaning of office and property; routine property maintenance such as changing lightbulbs and repairing doors; inspecting truck equipment, organizing and restocking merchandise. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience: Experience in light maintenance work, driving box trucks, comfortable with routine cleaning and manual labor. Must be friendly and have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and have reliable transportation to work. Must have a flexible schedule and be open to work most weekends.
• Experience in light maintenance work
• Experience in driving large box trucks
• Experience in customer experience is a plus
• Comfortable with routine cleaning and manual labor
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be friendly and have a professional appearance
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be dependable and have reliant transportation to work
• Must have a flexible schedule and be open to work most weekends
Maintenance Duties Include but are not limited to:
• Regular cleaning of office and property
