Is a Private Mailbox right for you? Is mail security important to you? If so, then a PMB might be right for you. Porch Pirates are no longer a seasonal problem, and hundreds of thousands of packages are stolen from homes every day. Protect your purchases by renting a Private Mailbox. With a PMB, you get a street address any service will deliver to, and we keep your items secure until you pick them up. We log every tracking number that passes through our facility, and every item is signed for upon pickup, so only you can receive your packages.

Is a Private Mailbox right for you? Many people find them convenient and useful for things like covert love affairs (wink, wink). With a PMB, the bank statements containing incriminating evidence of your midnight rendezvous are out of sight of prying eyes. Secret messages from that liaison can also be securely delivered to your PMB along with gifts as a sweet token of your tragic love. In all seriousness, we don’t ask questions about why you want a PMB; we’re happy to help you secure your mail, whatever it may contain.

Is a Private Mailbox Right for you? If you leave town frequently or are a seasonal resident, then a PMB is right for you. We receive mail and packages year-round, so your items are safe, secure, and deliverable even when you aren’t home. We also offer Mail Forwarding, so your mail can be sent to you wherever you are. If you don’t stay in one place, we can send your items to a different place every time. Postage and handling fees apply to Mail Forwarding.

Is a Private Mailbox right for you? There are many reasons to rent a PMB; one reason is that it allows you to hide all of your late-night online shopping from your partner. No spoiling gifts or guilty QVC pleasures when they don’t arrive at your home. No more questions about your Amazon habit because your items will be waiting at your convenience. What about the credit card bill? Send that to your PMB too, and they’ll never know!

In observance of Columbus Day, we will be closed Saturday, October 10th to Monday, October 12th. We will reopen Tuesday, October 13th

Is a Private Mailbox right for you? Do you own a small business or home business? Then a PMB is right for you. A PMB helps create and maintain a professional appearance for your business, and you won’t have people showing up at your door during dinner. PMBs are a business expense you can write off and help separate home and work by giving you a place other than your personal residence to receive documents, bills, and packages that keep your business operating. Need a pallet of products? We can also receive freight shipments for an additional fee.

Please note, due to addressing requirements, we are unable to receive store deliveries or DoorDash drop-offs. These services do not label items using full names or PMB , and we cannot accept them without that information preprinted on the packages.
We know this can cause frustration, but we want to make sure our customers get their packages, and this rule keeps items from getting lost.

If you have a mailbox with us or you’re looking into getting one, you might wonder what the big deal is with calling it a PMB. As much as we love our boxholders, these mailboxes are too small to live in. So, Federal Mail regulations set by the United States Postal Service require them to be called a Private Mailbox (PMB) to avoid confusion with a residential address. All mail must therefore be addressed using PMB, NOT APT, Unit, Space, Site, et cetera.
We understand it can be confusing and we appreciate our customers learning and using the mail lingo.
