The Consumer Affairs Department within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, Foreign Investment and Diaspora Affairs delivered an informative presentation to students and staff of the Bequia Seventh-Day Adventist Secondary School on Friday, 29 May 2026, as part of the Ministry’s ongoing School Visit Programme.
The session formed part of the department’s continued commitment to public education and outreach, aimed at increasing awareness among young people on consumer rights, responsibilities, and best practices for making informed decisions in today’s marketplace.

Continuing the spotlight on activities for World Consumer Rights Week 2026, the Consumer Affairs Department within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, Foreign Investment and Diaspora Affairs highlights its Business Walk Through held in Bequia on Friday, March 13, 2026.
This initiative also created an opportunity to engage with business operators in Bequia, share valuable information, and emphasise the importance of upholding consumer rights and responsibilities.
