The Office of Cannabis Regulation was created to establish and manage the USVI cannabis industry, which includes medicinal, sacramental, and recreational adult-use. The mission of the Virgin Islands Office of Cannabis Regulation (OCR) is to allow for the beneficial use of cannabis in a regulated system safe for adult and sacramental users and for patients in alleviating symptoms caused by debilitating medical conditions and their medical treatments.
