IMPORTANT NOTICE: New Bentek Login Process Starts Today, May 5, 2026

We have an exciting update about how you will access Bentek, your benefits enrollment platform. Starting TODAY, May 5th, Bentek is launching a new Central Login experience designed to make signing in faster, easier, and more secure.

What’s Changing
• New central login URL: Bentek will now be accessible at https://app.mybentek.com
• New username format: Your email address will become your Bentek username.
• Existing URLs still work: Your previous login URL will redirect to the new central login page.

What You Need to Do
The first time you log in after May 5, you will need to set up your new credentials.

Here’s how:
1. Go to https://app.mybentek.com.
2. Select “Create an Account” (even if you already have a Bentek account). This step links your email to your existing account.
3. Enter the name of your employer.
4. Enter the requested information.
5. Verify your email address using the code sent to your inbox.
6. Add your cell phone number to enable text message verification codes for faster password resets in the future.
7. Create a new password and submit.

WELLNESS FETE - ROAD CLOSURE

The Department of Public Works (DPW) advises the community of a temporary one-lane road closure in St. Thomas today, Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., to accommodate the USVI Division of Personnel’s Fit Force Wellness Fete Tramp.

The temporary traffic disruption will affect one westbound lane along Veterans Drive, from the Lucinda A. Millin Home to the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands.

Motorists are encouraged to utilize alternate routes and anticipate possible traffic delays during this time.

DPW thanks the community for its patience and cooperation as we continue supporting safe and accessible roadways throughout the territory.
