WAPA Customers on St. John, who have not been restored, are highly encouraged to call the "No Customer Left Behind" telephone hotline number at 340-715-8020.

Identical campaigns will be launched on St. Thomas and St. Croix once WAPA is closer to the end of its restoration efforts on these islands.

Despite being closer to the eye of Hurricane Maria in western St. Croix, the solar panels at Clifton Hill received little damage where those at Orange Grove were virtually destroyed. Governor Mapp attributes better design and construction at Clifton Hill and has urged that it serve as an example for future solar farm construction.
