Dear Friends, sorry to have to inform you that Mahogany Road Chocolate is on permanent hold for the foreseeable future... I'm in Spain and have three other projects on the go. Looking for a keen chocolate maker to take over the equipment if the right person appears!

To our loyal customers and future customers too - Mahogany Road Chocolate is taking a short break as we are now out of stock, and our chocolatier is unable to return to St Croix at the moment due to the pandemic. As soon as we can re-open, we'll announce it here! Meanwhile Nidulari continues from strength the strength, on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

There's still some chocolate too!

Packaging lots of chocolate, all our flavours including ginger, coffee and chipotle - all Caribbean ingredients! I had a helper, he's so quick I didn't know he was writing the labels for me!

Why are we only open 3 days a week? Everything is made from scratch, including our sauces, chutney, pie fillings and cake toppings! This takes time, sweat, and a certain level of dedication...inbetween chasing a toddler around the yard.
