๐๐ St. Croix Central High School Celebrates Our 2025โ2026 Employee of the Year! ๐๐
Please join us in congratulating Colonel Alfred Francis, our dedicated JROTC Instructor, on being named St. Croix Central High School's Employee of the Year.
For years, Colonel Francis has exemplified the highest standards of leadership, service, and commitment. While he is best known for leading and mentoring the cadets of the Mighty Caribs Battalion, his impact extends far beyond the JROTC classroom. He is a champion for the entire student body, always willing to support students, faculty, and school initiatives whenever called upon.
Colonel Francis is also a respected leader throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands, contributing to the growth and success of JROTC programs across the territory. His dedication to developing young leaders has positively influenced countless students both within and beyond the walls of St. Croix Central High School.
Whether it's a football game, basketball tournament, graduation ceremony, parade, community event, or school function, Colonel Francis can often be found on weekends and after hours proudly supporting our students and representing the Carib spirit. His presence, encouragement, and mentorship have made a lasting difference in the lives of so many.
Today, we honor a leader who embodies integrity, inspires excellence, and consistently goes above and beyond in service to our school and community.
Thank you, Colonel Francis, for your dedication, leadership, and commitment to our students, our school, and the Territory of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
