(HANOI): On the afternoon of May 27, 2026, the Commercial Attaché of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam paid a visit to and held a working discussion at the headquarters of Song Da 5 Joint Stock Company in Hanoi.

During the meeting, the company expressed its intention and plans to employ 650 Cambodian skilled labor for upcoming projects located in the Central and Southern regions managed by Song Da 5.

This measure aims to strengthen the confidence of international investors, improve risk management, and enhance dispute resolution. (Phnom Penh): On May 21, 2026, at the Ministry of Commerce, the Commercial Attaché of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam received high authorization from Her Excellency the Minister to coordinate a delegation representing EUROFAIR and ITE Group. The delegation paid a courtesy call and held a working meeting presided over by His Excellency SAMHENG Bora, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, with the aim of promoting the export of Cambodia products to the Russian market and through participation in trade exhibition.

On that occasion, His Excellency the Secretary of State extended a warm welcome to the President of EUROFAIR and Representative of ITE Group. He highly commended their efforts to expand trade cooperation and create new market opportunities for Cambodia products, particularly in boosting the export of Cambodia products to the Russian market through participation in trade exhibitions.

In response, the President of EUROFAIR and Representative of ITE Group also expressed their intention to serve as a bridge connecting Cambodia exporters to the Russian market, and to actively promote key priority sectors, including agri-food, tourism, and various processed products with high export potential.

During the meeting, both parties discussed and exchanged views on fostering collaboration in trade promotion, with a particular focus on the seafood sector of Ca Mau Province. This initiative aims to effectively support trade growth and investment ties between the two nations.

On this distinguished occasion, Her Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland delivered a warm welcome speech to the national and international delegations, as well as representatives from various diplomatic missions.

This event served not only to commemorate Poland's historical milestones but also provided an opportunity to strengthen ties between diplomatic missions stationed in Vietnam.
