✈️ Young Youth Learn Vital Aviation Safety Lessons✈️
During our recent awareness program, the Deputy Director posed a simple question: “What is a laser and what is it used for?”
One of the youngest participants answered: “Laser’s purpose is to torch the aeroplane.”
The CAAV Team immediately explained that a laser is a beam of concentrated light often used in industry — but pointing it at an aircraft is dangerous. A laser strike can distract or temporarily blind pilots, putting lives at risk.
Through this moment, the youths learned the true meaning of civil aviation, a system built on safety, responsibility, and awareness. Together, we ensure the next generation understands their role in keeping our skies safe. 🌍✨
