Ambassador Antonini was proud to attend the celebration yesterday of the 🇮🇹 Italian National Day at .kfor HQ, together with the Italian contingent and other guests.

Our special thanks goes to Faruk Neziri, Chef of the renowed Italian restaurant Il Gelso Nero, who made our celebration of Italian National Day in Pristina even more enjoyable with a live cooking performance: an unique dish featuring La Zuccherissima Mantuan pumpkin, Calvisius caviar and Casa Rinaldi mezze maniche pasta, followed by a delicious Italian tricolour tiramisù. 💚🤍❤️

They discussed the current political developments in Kosovo, the electoral campaign, and the key challenges currently facing the country.

Ambassador Antonini reaffirmed the importance of dialogue, cooperation, and continued engagement in support of Kosovo’s stability and European future.

Today, Ambassador Maurizio Antonini met with the Chair of Kosovo’s Central Election Commission, Kreshnik Radoniqi, to discuss preparations for the upcoming early elections in Kosovo.
Ambassador Antonini welcomed the commitment and efforts being made to ensure a transparent and credible electoral process for all citizens. 🇮🇹🇽🇰

Ambassador Maurizio Antonini met today with the Mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama, for discussing Italian cooperation aid programs aimed at creating new job opportunities for young people and supporting the city’s development.
Discussions also focused on initiatives in education, innovation, and professional training, including plans for a future Business Incubator in Pristina to strengthen the link between vocational education and the labour market, as well as cooperation in early childhood education inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.
The meeting also included an exchange of views on the current political situation in Kosovo and on major projects important for the future of Pristina. 🇮🇹🇽🇰
