Switzerland supports spaces that foster dialogue, exchange, and the strengthening of professional networks among women leaders in Kosovo.
The networking session of the Leadership Mentorship Program highlighted why sustained investment in women’s participation and representation matters, creating pathways for more inclusive leadership and decision-making across sectors.
Through the continued support to the Leadership Mentorship Program, Switzerland reaffirms its commitment to advancing equality, empowerment, and meaningful participation for all women.

Justice system should not only be active in numbers but effective in results. 🇨🇭 Ambassador Sprecher delivered opening remarks at Law Center Kosovo publication of their 2025 annual report on War Crime Trials. He underlined that justice is the foundation of lasting peace.

Yesterday, on Kosovo National Day of Missing Persons, Ambassador Tim Enderlin, Head of Peace and Human Rights Division of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs participated at a commemoration event by Humanitarian Law Center Kosovo . The event is a reminder of the enduring pain faced by families who continue to live without answers about the fate of their loved ones. Switzerland stands in solidarity with them and reaffirms its commitment to support efforts that advance truth, dignity, and accountability as essential foundations for lasting peace and reconciliation.

A new chapter begins in the
We are proud to kick off the new Swiss Cooperation Programme in Kosovo 2026–2029.
Bringing together institutions, partners, and beneficiaries, the launch event featured remarks by Jürg Sprecher, Ambassador of Switzerland to Kosovo, Albin Kurti, Prime Minister of Kosovo; and Patricia Danzi, Ambassador and Director-General of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
With a continued focus on Democratic Governance and Peace, Sustainable Economic Development and Green Transition, Equitable Human Development, and Migration, Switzerland remains a committed partner to Kosovo’s future.
