We wrapped up the fourth edition of "Americana Fest 2026 – Experience America" with an inspiring discussion during “ : From North Carolina to U.S. Diplomat.” 🇺🇸
As part of the Freedom250 celebration marking the 250th anniversary of the America, participants joined Ms. Wylita Bell, Public Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Pristina, for an engaging conversation about her journey into diplomatic service, leadership, and international engagement.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to connect directly with the speaker and explore career pathways in diplomacy and public service.

Day 5 of "Americana Fest 2026 – Experience America" continued with an exciting “U.S. Trivia Quiz – 250 Years Edition”! 🇺🇸
Participants tested their knowledge of U.S. history, culture, innovation, geography, sports, music, film, and pop culture through an interactive team competition facilitated by Isabel Leka and Weston Lindner, 2025-2026 Fulbright ETAs.
As part of Americana Fest 2026 and the Freedom250 celebration, today’s activity brought together students and young professionals for an engaging learning experience filled with friendly competition, collaboration, and new discoveries about the United States.

As part of Day 4 of "Americana Fest 2026 – Experience America," American Corner Pristina hosted the Book Club, bringing participants together for a discussion-based session exploring themes from American literature and storytelling.
Facilitated by Isabel Leka, 2025–2026 Fulbright ETA, the session encouraged participants to engage with literary voices reflecting the history, culture, values, and identity of the United States through open discussion and shared interpretation.
Through collaborative conversation and literary analysis, participants explored how American writers portray society, traditions, and cultural identity while strengthening critical thinking, cultural awareness, and English-language communication skills in a welcoming and interactive environment.

As part of Day 4 of "Americana Fest 2026 – Experience America," American Corner Pristina hosted the workshop “AI, Open Source & Vibe Coding: Building the Future Together,” exploring technology, creativity, and digital innovation through artificial intelligence and open source collaboration.
Facilitated by Sami Kçiku, Senior ICT & AI Systems Expert and Board Member at FLOSSK Free Libre Open Source Software Kosova, the interactive session guided participants through the process of developing websites and applications, from AI-assisted ideation to the creation of functional digital projects using open source tools and modern workflows.
Participants explored how AI and collaborative technologies are transforming the way people create, build, and innovate while learning about open source culture, problem-solving, and future-oriented digital skills in a creative and collaborative environment.
The workshop “AI, Open Source & Vibe Coding: Building the Future Together” was also visited by representatives from the U.S. Embassy Pristina, Kosovo, including Ms. Wylita Bell, Public Affairs Officer; Ms. Rebecca Satterfield, Deputy Public Affairs Officer; and Mr. Enis Rexhepi, Innovation Learning and American Corners Coordinator.

As part of Day 4 of "Americana Fest 2026 – Experience America," American Corner Pristina hosted the U.S.-Inspired 3D Design & Printing Workshop, bringing together creativity, technology, and innovation in an engaging hands-on STEM experience.
Facilitated by Besart Osmani, American Corner Prizren Coordinator, the workshop introduced participants to 3D design, digital creativity, and 3D printing concepts inspired by U.S. innovation and technological progress. Through practical activities and collaborative learning, participants explored design thinking while creating projects inspired by U.S. symbols, landmarks, and cultural icons.
