During this week’s activity, our ETA James welcomed his friend and fellow ETA, Emma, who comes from a rural area of Virginia.

The participants had the opportunity to engage in an interesting discussion about regional and cultural identities in the United States and Kosovo, sharing perspectives and learning more about the similarities and differences between our communities and cultures. 🇺🇸 🇽🇰

In the second half of the session, James and Emma introduced participants to the FLEX Global Program, a new exchange opportunity from the U.S. Department of State designed for high school students.

Applications are now open for FLEX Global, offering high school students from Kosovo the opportunity to spend the 2027–2028 academic year in the United States, living with a host family and attending an American high school. 🎓 🏡 🇺🇸

A wonderful opportunity to learn, experience a new culture, build connections, and grow personally and academically!

Thank you, James and Emma, for joining us and sharing this valuable opportunity with our young participants!

A great start for ETA James Johnson-Brown! 🇺🇸

Today, a group of participants learned many interesting things about the U.S. Constitution. As someone with strong knowledge of constitutional studies, James delivered an excellent and engaging presentation, making the session highly interactive through questions and discussions.

To wrap up the session, James also drew an interesting comparison between the U.S. Constitution and the Constitution of Kosovo, giving participants an opportunity to explore both similarities and differences.

Next week: more topics, more learning, and, of course, more fun! 🇺🇸🇽🇰
