“I believe you when you say you’re suffering and can’t afford life.”

Meet Elizabeth Lee, running for Congress in Arizona’s 5th District.

In a country where so many families are struggling with the cost of living, Elizabeth is talking about the American Dream and whether it’s still within reach. And she’s making room for a conversation that doesn’t begin and end with party affiliation.

We've seen it time and time again. Democrats refusing to push against the status quo.

Rep. Al Green demonstrated what one member of Congress can do by introducing articles of impeachment and forcing his colleagues to go on record.

His efforts raise an important question: If one representative can bring the issue to the House floor, what is stopping others?

Accountability doesn't begin with unanimous agreement. Sometimes it begins with one person refusing to let the issue disappear.

This is what courage looks like. DeSantis ordered schools back in unsafe conditions just 4 days after a major hurricane hit the Panhandle. A school board member, Linda Stanborn, stood up and said no, let’s take a vote to close.

They stood up anyways. Even though the Superintendent was being BULLIED by Florida Education Commissioner Henry Mack saying “If I have to order FHP (Florida Highway Patrol) break down your doors, that’s what I will do.”

That’s courage, folx. And we need more local and state boards standing up with courage against this administration. Thank you for your courage.

Surprising but glad to see Ro Khanna talking about impeachment. But, without a plan it’s just a show. Let’s see…

Accountability isn't a favor you do for voters, it's the job.

You heard that directly from Mike Croley, for TN-06.

You want a candidate who SHOWS UP and does their job. Your vote matters!

“The progressive movement so many are looking for already exists, and it’s being led by us, the people, not corporations.”

Meet Courage Candidate Angela Gonzalez Torres, running for Congress in California’s 34th District.

The daughter of a deportee, raised by a single mother in Section 8 housing, Angela knows firsthand the challenges facing working families in Los Angeles.

From housing affordability and immigrant rights to environmental justice and government accountability, Angela is bringing her lived experience and her community’s concerns into the conversation.

Her message is clear: Dignity for all. Accountability always. A government that works for the people.

What happens when you spend a year asking Congress to do its job and the answer is still no?

You find people willing to do it.

On the Neon Liberalism podcast, Kieara Havens explains how Citizens Impeachment's efforts to hold Congress accountable led to Courage for Democracy, a movement recruiting candidates committed to advancing impeachment and restoring congressional accountability.

No fundraising requirements. No establishment endorsements. No writing off entire communities because someone decided their districts weren't worth fighting for.

The question was simple: Are you willing to move impeachment forward, and are you ready to fight?

What should voters expect from a member of Congress who swore an oath to defend the Constitution?
