Today, the Public Accounts Committee, Chaired by Shri K.C. Venugopal, MP, held a briefing by Audit followed by oral evidence from representatives of Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (Department of Sports) and Sports Authority of India on the subject “Development and maintenance of sports infrastructure, utilisation of equipment and deployment of coaches” based on Para 7.2 of C&AG Report No. 9 of 2026.
