Sixth graders at Antilles Middle School brought poetry to life during their Poetry Café, celebrating National Poetry Month with powerful student voices. 📚✨ From analyzing mentor texts to creating original portfolios, students explored how language shapes meaning and identity. The unit, led by Ms. Domínguez and supported by Ms. Valentin, Mr. Thomas, and Ms. Ramy, culminated in a cozy café-style event where students proudly shared their work. A true celebration of creativity, growth, and the power of words.

The Department of War Education Activity Stakeholder Feedback Survey gives families the opportunity to share what is working well and where schools can continue to improve. Your feedback helps guide decisions that support student learning, safety, and school climate.

The survey is open through March 13. Please check your DSIS email to participate.

The DoDEA Stakeholder Feedback Survey is now open.

Parents and students across DoDEA are invited to share their experiences and perspectives to help strengthen schools worldwide. Feedback gathered through the survey helps inform decisions at the school, district, regional, and agency levels.

The survey is open January 29 through March 13 and takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete. Survey access is sent through DSIS email.
