𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

The University of the Philippines (UP) has learned of a fraudulent scheme involving an individual/s misrepresenting themselves to be an employee or official of the University.

Specifically, a Facebook User with the name of “Ortiz Justine” claiming to be the “Procurement Head Manager” of UP, has been contacting several business entities, inviting them to participate in UP procurement activities.

Please be advised that this supposed “Ortiz Justine” is not in any way affiliated with the University of the Philippines Procurement Office (UPPO). Any and all announcements, invitations, or solicitations made by this person allegedly on behalf of the UPPO are FALSE and should not be entertained.

In the event you are contacted by this person, whether via social media, e-mail or mobile phone, please notify the UPPO immediately at [email protected] so that we may take appropriate action against them.
