Come to the Pepper Spray Incident 10th Anniversary on the quad, **Thursday at noon for events and 4pm for a rally!** Further action may be arranged onsite after the rally.

Show up to the striking UC LECTURERS’ picket line at 1st & A from 10am-5pm on Wednesday to support their strike! The picket line is still happening on Thursday, and the striking lecturers are asking students to abstain from academic work during the strike. Scabbing is strongly discouraged. 🐀🐀🐀

Hello everyone! So while YDSA at UC Davis normally does weekly Socialist Night School, these are clearly not normal times. In an effort to continue facilitating community connections and spreading information on socialism in this period of quarantine, YDSA at UC Davis will begin publishing a virtual newsletter. It should include a reading list, student writings, and art as well as anything else we feel is important to share with our community. This is where we need you, if you make art, music, poetry, or are interesting in writing opinion pieces, reflections of your community, or a column, we would love to share it! While we love leftist content, it definelty does not have to be that. If it comes from community members, we wanna see it. Also, if there are any organizations that are doing good work in your neighborhood, please let us know so we can boost them and help any way we can.

Today is a tough day for a lot of us, a lot of time and energy was poured into something that sadly ended today, that is of course the presidential campaign of Bernie Sanders. But what we cannot afford to do is wallow in our sorrows, we must keep organizing, keep getting more people to join our movement and keep fighting for the dignity and human rights of every single person on this Earth.
