Hi everyone,
I know a lot of customers have asked where I've been these past 3 weeks. I appreciate everyone's concern and wanted to update you all here.
Unfortunately, I have had to step away from my role as manager in Nature & Nurture due to family illness. My little boy Ro was diagnosed with leukaemia and has begun intensive treatment. While we all remain hopeful, we have a very long and difficult road ahead of us.
Nature & Nurture remains open, and I would like to say a massive thank you to the wonderful team for keeping everything running when they were thrown into the deep end. I am especially grateful to Julie-Anne, who has been covering so many shifts. I know how tough that is during the summer when she has her own young family at home.
I will deeply miss my time at Nature & Nurture. I have loved getting to know you all and your children; I will miss our chats and the laughs we had. It has been a privilege to watch your children grow, some of them I have known from when they were just little babies. Thank you all so much for your custom, your kindness, and your friendship—it has meant the absolute world to me. ❤️
For now, my place is at home with Ro. I am incredibly lucky to have the support of my family and friends, and I am relying heavily on them right now as we navigate this. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers, especially my brave brave boy, my little warrior Ro, who is fighting back against cancer with all his might 💙🌻
