A September - May indoor play area for children 5 and under. Centrally located near downtown Forest Grove with a large space and lots of toys to enjoy!
The Forest Grove Indoor Playground (FGIP) was founded in 1978 by a group of area families who recognized the need for a community-based facility where kids could play indoors during the rainy winter months and where parents could connect. FGIP rented space from several area churches over the years before settling at our current home at the gym inside First Baptist Church. The Indoor Playground is a non-profit cooperative. We are able to accommodate sixty member families per year. The annual membership fee is $75. The first visit to try us out is always free. We also offer punchcards for limited memberships. The cost is $25 for five visits to the Indoor Playground and drop-ins are $5 for the day. An eight-member board provides oversight for the Playground. Monthly board meetings are open to all members.
