Delaware Nation Treasurer Clifford Peacock will be recalled from office for failing to meet his fiduciary responsibilities. The failures are numerous and mounting, the most noticeable: Mishandling of funds, failing to provide Financial Reports as his position requires. His unilateral actions have lead to numerous individual lawsuits that he applied the Nations money to defend himself and other individuals. These lawsuits are NOT against the Nation, yet he has drug the Nation into his individual troubles.
