HutchCC Police Science program had the pleasure and privilege to have Deputy Connor Davis of the McPherson County Sheriff's Office speak with the students about and demonstrate traffic stops. Deputy Davis is an alumni of the program. He is an outstanding representative of law enforcement, the McPherson Co. Sheriff's Office and the HutchCC Police Science program. A special shout out to Sheriff Montagne for lending his officer - Thank you!

Police Science Academy Day
The HutchCC Police Science program is excited to announce their first ever high school senior/junior Academy Day.
Due to social distancing guidelines, we are offering two dates, April 2nd & April 9th, 2021 from 1:00-4:00 pm.
Make plans to come spend the day with us and see how you can take the first step towards a rewarding career as a law enforcement officer.
All participants and their chaperones must register. Space is limited to the first 30 registered participants. To ensure space for proper social distancing, there is a limit of two chaperones per participant.

We would like to congratulate Deputy Braden Parke on his graduation from KLETC today. Deputy Parke is a 2016 graduate of the program. He has served the citizens of Ellis County as a jail deputy and will now serve them as a patrol deputy.
We want to wish him a safe and rewarding career!

The Hutch CC Police Science program would like to congratulate Ashley Garcia. Ashley is a current Police Science student and has accepted a Police Service Aide (P.S.A.) position with the Hutchinson Police Department. By accepting this position, Ashley has moved closer to beginning her career as a law enforcement officer.
