Working with Merri-bek City Council and Coburg locals, we've finalised plans for the park design at The Avenue, Coburg - connecting the community with trees, greenery and shade, open lawns for relaxing and playing, picnic and gathering spaces and nature-based play for kids.

And we wouldn't build in Melbourne's north without thinking of walking and cycling - the design also connects to the existing bike lane and includes a shared path and bike, as well as a drinking fountain and dog bowl for four-legged friends.

Designed by Hayball Architects and constructed by Hickory, building is expected to begin in mid 2027 and finish by early 2028.

Homes are now on sale, and we're excited to put our stamp on Coburg.

Four new multi-sports courts. Local jobs. A 5-star Green Star building. And delivered two months early.

The new Tarratarra Stadium in Armstrong Creek is ready to support basketball, netball, volleyball, pickleball, badminton and more.

It’s also been a win for the region, with local Geelong subcontractors playing a big role in bringing the project to life.

Delivered on behalf of Sport and Recreation Victoria, it's a great example of what we do best: bringing government, industry and the community together to deliver outcomes that create lasting local benefit.

Delivering a project like the Keerray Woorroong Twelve Apostles Visitor Centre takes more than expertise alone. It requires strong partnerships, a shared vision and the ability to bring them together at scale.

On behalf of Regional Development Victoria, and in collaboration with Eastern Maar Aboriginal Corporation, Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority, Kane Constructions and many others, we've helped turn a shared vision into a world-class destination.

It's more than a visitor centre - it's a place for people to connect with the landscape, culture and stories of this remarkable region, and its completion is a testament to the power of partnership and what can be achieved when so many organisations come together behind a common purpose.

We're proud to have played a role in bringing it to life.

Not every organisation is equipped to take on complex development challenges. That's where we come in.

At Cairnlea, the first phase of remediation is now complete, bringing us a step closer to delivering around 500 new homes in Melbourne's west, just 16km from the C*D.

Transforming challenging sites into thriving communities takes a unique combination of commercial discipline, long-term thinking and development expertise. It's how we deliver lasting social and economic value for Victoria.

With planning works continuing at Cairnlea, we're helping pave the way for more housing while turning a challenging site into a future community.

Stay tuned and find out more: https://www.development.vic.gov.au/projects/cairnlea/_recache?page=overview

Congratulations to Mirvac Residential on topping out Trielle at Yarra's Edge in Docklands this week.

Through our long-standing partnership with Mirvac and collaboration with the City of Melbourne, we're helping deliver 188 new homes and enhanced waterfront public spaces.

With partnerships spanning over more than two decades, we've played a key role in shaping Docklands into one of Melbourne's most successful urban renewal precincts, delivering housing, public amenity and lasting value close to the C*D.

Things are shifting up a gear at the Albert Park Pit Building redevelopment!

We're partnering with F1 Australian Grand Prix, Parks Victoria and State Sport Centres to deliver a major redevelopment of the pit building ahead of the Formula 1 Grand Prix in 2028 - helping secure Melbourne's position on the global sporting stage while creating a facility that supports community sport year-round.

Construction is racing ahead, with the Level 1 concrete slab now complete and frame installation continuing across the building.

The Level 2 mezzanine steel is also nearly finished, giving a clearer glimpse of the building’s final shape.

Here's some speedy stats of what's being installed:
· 59 tonnes of steel
· 791 linear metres of timber
· 208 feature concrete panels

Our interns are well and truly settled into their second rotations 🔀

For Giselle, that means shifting gears from large-scale projects with our precincts team, to helping deliver more homes for Victorians in housing 🏠

Partnerships are key to delivering better outcomes for regional Victoria - and that's exactly what we've done at Bendigo Stadium 🤝

The redevelopment is now complete - providing new multi-sport courts, upgraded facilities, improved accessibility and sustainable building features for the community.

We delivered the project on behalf of Sport and Recreation Victoria and in partnership with Red Energy Arena Bendigo and the City of Greater Bendigo. With Fairbrother as head contractor and City Collective as lead designer, this is a great example of what can be achieved when government, industry and local partners work together.

The project creates more opportunities for local athletes, clubs and visitors to play, train and compete close to home. A win for regional Victorians is a win for us 🏀
