Yearbook pics for your fall/winter produce are in. 📸 Reduce food waste by storing produce properly:
➡️Potatoes should be kept in a cool, dry, dark, well-ventilated place.
➡️Apples do best in a low-humidity fridge drawer. Keep bruised apples away from the others, or they'll go brown.
➡️Winter squash can last for months(!) if kept in a cool, dark, dry, well-ventilated place.
➡️Hearty leafy greens (like kale) prefer to be stored loose, in an airtight container in the high-humidity fridge drawer.
