Cue the Fox cheers! We loved celebrating our 2025 Teacher of the Year, Courtney Berggren, last night! We are SO proud she’s a Fox! 💙🧡

A special thank-you to Janice and Kent Ritchey of Landers Ford Collierville for their generosity and for helping us celebrate our amazing educators!

We kicked off the second quarter with a little FALL fun! From Tom the Turkey to the Pumpkin Relay and Harvest Hustle, our Foxes had a blast at Friday’s pep rally!

Ready, set, GO, Foxes! Today, we gave our Cross Country runners a special send-off as they head to Knoxville for State! We are SO proud of this team and all they have accomplished. Good luck at State, Foxes!

Hip, hip, hooray! It’s Mrs. Pickens’ birthday! 🥳 We are so thankful to have her as our principal and we couldn’t be prouder that she’s a Fox! Happy Birthday from your Forest Hill family!

Mrs. Gretke and Mrs. Small’s classes went head-to-head in a little friendly competition today! These Foxes earned a homeroom battle as a reward for reaching a milestone in GEF Run sign-ups, and what better way to celebrate than with a game of tug of war?!

We love seeing our students get excited about supporting our school! If you haven’t signed up yet, there’s still time to join the fun! Be sure to register for the GEF Run and help us reach our goals!

We are so excited to celebrate Ms. Skylar Workman as our Teacher of the Year!

As our 3rd–5th grade school counselor, Ms. Workman brings kindness, compassion, and so much heart to everything she does. She is always ready to listen, help, and make our students, families, and staff feel supported.

She also helps tell the Forest Hill story as our social media manager and content creator and serves as GMSD’s school counseling lead, sharing her expertise with counselors across the district.

From cheering on our students to supporting her colleagues and celebrating our school, Ms. Workman gives her all every day. We are SO proud to call her our Teacher of the Year!

Our Foxes had some pretty special visitors this week! We were so excited to welcome some University of Memphis baseball players to Forest Hill!

Our students had the BEST time reading, shooting hoops, and making memories together!

We’re so grateful they took the time to spend part of their day with our Foxes! What a fun day at Forest Hill!

We were so excited to cheer on our very own Georgia Miller as she was recognized for her RISE Award at last night’s GMSD Board of Education meeting!

Georgia brings so much kindness, dedication, and heart to Forest Hill each day, and we couldn’t be prouder to call her one of our own. Congratulations, Georgia!
