Navy Reserve Professional Development Center Welcome to Navy Reserve Professional Development Center. The primary schoolhouse for the Navy Reserve Force.

We are located onboard NAS/JRB New Orleans in Belle Chase, Louisana and NRPDC Detachment at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek in Norfolk, Virginia. We teach Navy Reserve specific courses for Selective Reservist (SELRES), Full Time Support (FTS), Active Component (AC) sailors and Reserve Supply civilians assigned to a Reserve Activity.
