During open enrollment periods of the Health Insurance Marketplace, SRA’s Enrollment Assistance Centers in San Antonio provide no-cost, in-person assistance in selecting a qualified health plan. Unlike insurance brokers, the services of our trained, federally certified staff are always impartial. During open enrollment, we welcome both walk-ins and scheduled appointments. We regularly host educational sessions about the enrollment process of the Affordable Care Act and are available to co-host educational or enrollment sessions with small businesses and community or faith-based organizations. To get help during the next open enrollment period—which runs from November 1, 2015 to January 31, 2016—check back with us in early fall for information about our San Antonio locations and hours. Enrollment assistance specialists are available now to answer your questions. The support is free!
