BRING YOUR INNER VIKING!
Join the National Nordic Museum for a Viking Row Ahead of Norway's FIFA World Cup Match! As excitement builds around the 2026 FIFA Men's World Cup, the National Nordic Museum is
inviting the community to come together in support of Team Norway ahead of Sunday's Round of 16 match against Brazil.
On Friday at 9:30 a.m., Museum staff, members, volunteers, and friends will gather at the Museum to film a spirited "Viking Row" for social media—a fun show of support before Norway’s next game.
The FIFA World Cup is one of the few events that brings people from every corner of the globe together through a shared love of sport. As a museum dedicated to sharing Nordic culture, values,
and ideas, we're excited to celebrate this global tradition with our community. Whether you're Norwegian, cheering for a fellow Nordic nation, or simply love the game, we'd love to have you join us.
What: Team Norway Viking Row
When: Friday, July 3, 9:30 a.m.
Where: National Nordic Museum
Wear your Norway jersey, scarf, or red, white, and blue if you have it, and invite your friends. We might be a mighty few—or we might flood the street. Either way, we'll celebrate the joy of the world's game together.
