On December 19, 2020 @ 2pm South Sac HART volunteers will conduct outreach at at Woodbine Park (2430 52nd Ave, Sacramento, CA 95822) providing our unsheltered community members with basic needs supplies, PPE (masks, hand sanitizer and gloves), as well as a hot meal.
