Uma Assembleia Geral Extraordinária que deveria ter acontecido no início deste ano teve que ser cancelado. Foi reprogramado para o dia 29 de Abril 2022 às 20:00 horas, no salão da Casa dos Açores.

Esta reunião é muinto importante para ou futuro da nossa associação. Serão discutidos assuntos que determinarão se conseguimos continuar ou não.
Mais uma vez, os nossos sinceros sentimentos a todos vós que estão de luto nesta altura.

Dear members,

The crucial General Assemby meeting that was to take place earlier this year had to be canceled due to Provincial lockdowns. It has now been rescheduled for Friday April 29th 2022 at 8pm. It is to be held in the hall upstairs at Casa Dos Açores.

This is a very important meeting to discuss the future of our organization. We will be discussing issues that pertain to our ability to continue holding events. Your presence is greatly appreciated.

A reminder will be sent and calls will be made closer to the meeting date. Please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any questions.

O Sr. Bill Moniz apresenta este ano uma série intitulada "PORTUGESES, UMA CELEBRACAO". Eles estão programados para começar a filmar ainda este mês, e a série deve ser televisionada no verão. Ele pediu que eu repassasse essa informação para ver se mais alguém associado à ADP estaria interessado em fazer parte do público do estúdio.
Se alguém estiver interessado, por favor me avise e eu passarei suas informações de contato para ele.

Sr. Bill Moniz is hosting a series entitled "PORTUGESES, UMA CELEBRACAO" this year. They are scheduled to start filming later this month, and the series is to be televised in the summer. He asked that I pass along this information to see if anyone else associated with ADP would be interested in being part of the studio audience.
If anyone is interested, please let me know and I will pass along your contact information to him.

On behalf of Amor Da Patria, our deepest condolences to Tony de Sousa's family and everyone at the Portuguese Cultural Centre of Mississauga. The is a great loss which saddens us all. May he rest in peace.

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our President, Tony de Sousa, after a short battle with cancer. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Luisa, Michelle, Bruno and Jessica during this very difficult time.
