The Department has received reports that the heatwave currently experienced in the Republic of Korea may impact the working conditions of, and pose health risks to workers. Hence, all LGUs deploying seasonal workers are hereby directed to inform the DMW-Pre-Employment and Government Placement Bureau (PEGPB) if any of their workers have been affected by the heatwave.

Further, all LGUs are hereby reminded that pursuant to Advisory No. 19, Series of 2024, they shall monitor the condition of their deployed workers and report significant events to the Department, including, among others, death, accidents, run aways, repatriation and deportation.

Accordingly, all concerned LGUs are further directed to submit the required monitoring reports to the DMW-PEGPB within five (5) days from receipt of this notice.

𝗕𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗔! 𝗠𝗮𝗴-𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗮𝘄𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗮𝗴-𝗮𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗸 𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝘀𝗮 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮

Pinaalalahanan ng Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) ang mga lokal na pamahalaan (LGUs) na kalahok sa Seasonal Workers Program (SWP) ng Republic of Korea na mag-ingat sa mga hindi awtorisadong kumpanya at indibidwal na nag-aalok ng serbisyo o partnership para sa recruitment, training, at deployment ng mga aplikanteng nais magtrabaho bilang seasonal workers sa South Korea.

Sa Advisory No. 54, Series of 2026, binigyang-diin ng DMW na mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang paggamit ng mga broker sa recruitment at deployment ng seasonal workers. Nilinaw rin ng ahensya na walang pribadong kumpanya sa Korea ang awtorisadong magsagawa o mag-facilitate ng sisterhood o twinning agreements sa pagitan ng mga local government units sa Pilipinas at South Korea para sa pagpapatupad ng Seasonal Workers Program. Tanging ang Korea Agency of Education, Promotion and Information Service in Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (EPIS) ang kinikilalang "Central Government Agency Specialized in the Seasonal Worker Program" ng pamahalaan ng South Korea.

"Ito ay mahalagang paalala sa ating mga LGUs na bahagi ng Seasonal Workers Program sa Korea na huwag makipag-ugnayan sa mga hindi awtorisadong kumpanya o indibidwal para masiguro natin ang kapakanan at proteksyon ng ating mga Pilipinong seasonal workers ayon sa ating mga regulasyon na itinakda patungkol sa overseas employment," pahayag ni Department of Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo J. Cacdac alinsunod sa tagulibilin ng Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. na bigyan ng proteksyon ang mga OFW. SUBMISSION OF SIGNED EPS CONTRACT

Pinapaalalahanan ang mga sumusunod na EPS workers na magsubmit ng pirmadong EPS Labor Contract sa DMW – PEGPB - RDSD, upang maiwasan ang cancellation ng contract.

Makipag-ugnayan lamang sa aming DMW-PEGPB staff para sa inyong mga katanungan, patungkol sa inyong kontrata at tumawag sa 8722 11 75, at hanapin si Ms. Zaida, Ms. Sam, Ms. Che o Mr. Mark

1. Basahin nang mabuti ang inyong kontrata at pirmahan ito sa huling pahina kung ito ay inyong lubos na naintindihan at tinatanggap. Isulat ang petsa sa tabi ng iyong pirma. I-download / I- print ang kumpletong kontrata (sa EPS account).

I-scan ang pirmadong kontrata (siguraduhing malinaw ang iniscan na kopya) (Hindi maaari ang pinicturan sa cellphone ang ipapadalang kopya). 3. I-monitor ang DMW-PEGPB Facebook Account: Pre-Employment Government Placement Bureau In Action para sa inyong schedule ng Korean Language and Culture Training (KLCT).

4. Balewalain ang abisong na post na pangalan kung nakapagsend na ng scanned kontrata sa aming google form.

5. Para po sa mga EPS workers na hindi interesado sa Job Offer or hindi tinatanggap ang kanilang Job Offer, kayo po ay pinapayuhan na tumawag sa Pre-Employment and Government Placement Bureau sa numerang 8722-11-75 at hanapin si Ms. Zaida o si Ms. Sam, at magpadala ng Letter of Cancellation (sulat kamay sa isang bond paper lagyan ng petsa at buong pangalan na mayroong lagda sa ibaba) at i-send sa [email protected], na may Subject Email: Letter of Cancellation_Full Name (buong pangalan).

6. Lahat po ng EPS Korea worker na nagkaroon ng Contract Forwarding ay kinakailangan sumagot sa google form.
