Today, we join the Mvunge family, friends, and the entire community in mourning the passing of Odwa Mvunge.

Odwa was more than a teacher in Ashton CP School, he was a man with a heart for people.

He believed in uplifting others and never hesitated to share the opportunities that came his way, we saw it with Zolani youth Choir.

We will always remember his generosity as Thandanani Service Centre , including the time he partnered with us to bless our elderly beneficiaries with Wonderbags, bringing warmth and dignity into their homes.

His passion for young people was evident in everything he did. Through music, he worked tirelessly to keep our youth on the right path, giving them hope, purpose, and a positive space to grow.

His life was a testament to selfless service and community development.

On behalf of Thandanani, we extend our deepest condolences to the Mvunge family, his loved ones, and everyone whose life he touched.

If we were to have an opportunity to tell you one last message we would say: "Thank you, Odwa, for walking alongside us in serving our community and for living a life that inspired so many." - Thandanani Service Centre (Staff & Management)🥺🖐🏻

Your legacy of compassion, service, and hope will never be forgotten.

Rest easy, Odwa Mvunge. 🕊️
