🤝 *Nieuveld Park,* *Mandela Square 1 & 2,* *Makoekoebult,* *Uitskut,* *Essopville,* and *Ou Rustdene,* I am officially declaring my intention to contest for the position of Ward Councillor.

Progress does not come from one person acting alone; it happens when leadership listens, consults, and works hand-in-hand with the people.

As a resident of Ward 3, who cares deeply about our area, I have watched the challenges we face daily—from neglected infrastructure to declining local basic services. When you knock on a door, remember that you are there to promote the Karoo Democratic Force, our candidates, our work, and our commitment to serving our communities. Do not mention other political parties or call their names. Let us use every conversation to explain who we are, what we stand for, and how we intend to serve our people. Our record in the community speaks for itself. We do not need to fight others to prove our worth. We must remain humble, respectful, honest, and focused on the people we are called to serve.

From now until Election Day on **4 November 2026**, let us remain disciplined and professional. If people make negative comments about KDF, do not argue, provoke, or get drawn into unnecessary confrontations. Where appropriate, lawfully document and retain relevant public statements or campaign-related communications for accurate records, without editing them misleadingly or invading anyone’s privacy.
