Walter Sisulu Local Municipality (WSLM), in collaboration with the Department of Social Development , has demonstrated its commitment to supporting vulnerable members of the community through a meaningful social development initiative aimed at assisting a young person living with a disability.

The initiative brought together the Mayor Cllr Vania Davids, Special Programmes Unit Manager and the Department of Social Development and the Ward 6 Councillor Wesizwe Moeti, who visited the family to provide much-needed assistance and assess their needs.
