❤️🙏🏻 WHEN GOD REMINDS YOU WHY YOU WERE CALLED TO TEACH… 🙏🏻❤️
As I reflect on this year at Little Einsteins Eduplay, my heart is overflowing with gratitude, emotion and an overwhelming sense of pride. 🥹❤️
This year, we have had little ones come through our doors who faced some really big challenges for such small hearts and bodies.
Some struggled with speech and communication. Others battled with emotional regulation, sensory processing, tactile sensitivities, developmental delays and various diagnoses. Some had been told by professionals that certain milestones might be out of reach for them, or that they would need a “special school.”
And do you know what?
GOD HAD OTHER PLANS. 🙏🏻✨
Let me tell you… we have witnessed some absolutely AMAZING things this year! 🥹❤️
We have watched little ones who once struggled begin to communicate, connect, participate, regulate their emotions, explore their surroundings, gain confidence and reach milestones that once seemed so far away.
We have celebrated the tiniest steps that, to someone else, might have seemed insignificant — but to us, and especially to their families, those steps were HUGE victories! 🥹🎉
We have witnessed growth, breakthroughs, confidence, independence and beautiful moments that reminded us why we do what we do.
And today?
THESE LITTLE ONES ARE THRIVING! ❤️🙌🏻
Not because every day was easy. Not because there were never tears, challenges, setbacks or difficult moments. But because we kept showing up. We kept adapting. We kept believing. We kept trying different approaches, meeting each child where they were, and finding ways to help them move forward.
At Little Einsteins Eduplay, we believe that children are not one-size-fits-all. Every child is unique, every child learns differently, and every child deserves an opportunity to reach their potential.
Through our adapted, child-specific teaching approach, we have worked to meet each little one at their individual level, build on their strengths, support their needs and create opportunities for meaningful growth.
Sometimes, progress requires patience. Sometimes, it requires a completely different approach. Sometimes, it means celebrating one tiny step at a time.
And sometimes, it means believing in a child when the journey ahead feels uncertain. ❤️

To my teachers and assistants: thank you for the love, passion, patience, commitment and dedication you pour into these children every single day. Thank you for looking beyond the struggles, seeing the potential, adapting your teaching, celebrating every victory and refusing to give up when things become difficult. AND FOR BELIEVING IN MY PROGRAM AND FOLLOWING WITH SO MUCH LOVE.
You do so much more than teach. You nurture hearts, build confidence, create opportunities and help little people discover what they are capable of.
And to our parents: thank you for trusting us with your precious children, for working alongside us, and for allowing us to be part of their journeys. Your children's progress is something we should all celebrate together. ❤️🫶🏻
I have 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Development , and if this year has reminded me of anything, it is this:
A diagnosis does not define a child's potential. A delay does not erase a child's possibilities. And a difficult beginning does not determine the ending. ❤️
Every child deserves to be seen. Every child deserves to be supported. Every child deserves the opportunity to grow in an environment where their individual needs are understood and their achievements are celebrated.
And while every child is different, and some children may need additional specialist support or a different educational setting, we should never underestimate what the right support, individualised teaching, patience and love can help a child achieve.
We give God all the glory for the beautiful progress we have witnessed this year. 🙏🏻✨
When the moments felt impossible, we prayed more.
When the progress felt slow, we waited more.
When the challenges felt overwhelming, we trusted more.
And when the breakthroughs came, we thanked Him even more.
LET THE “IMPOSSIBLE” MOVE YOU TO PRAY MORE, BELIEVE MORE, TRUST MORE, WAIT MORE, EXPECT MORE AND DEPEND ON GOD MORE. 🙏🏻❤️
This is more than education to us. It is purpose. It is passion. It is a calling.
