*Security Reminder to All Residents from Deep Blue Security*

We have received reports of wheels being stolen from vehicles parked outside.

If possible, please park your vehicle inside your yard or garage, especially overnight.

A few simple steps can help reduce the risk:
• *Turn your front wheels* to approximately 45° when parking, as this makes wheel theft more difficult.
• Fit *locking wheel nuts* to your vehicle if you haven't already.
• Report any *suspicious persons* or vehicles in the area immediately.

Let's all stay vigilant and look out for one another. A watchful community is one of our best defences against crime.

📢 SUN VALLEY NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH AGM 2026 📢

Dear Sun Valley Residents, Property Owners and Business Owners,

You are invited to attend the Sun Valley Neighbourhood Watch Annual General Meeting (AGM), where important decisions regarding the future of our neighbourhood watch will be made.

📅 Date: Thursday, 25 June 2026
🕡 Time: 18:30 – 20:30
📍 Venue: Sun Valley Primary School Hall

Key items on the agenda include:
✅ Approval of Financial Results
✅ Coordinator's Address
✅ Community Vote on the Proposed Constitution and Code of Conduct
✅ Election of the Executive Committee (EXCO)
✅ Crime Statistics and Safety Presentation by CPF and SAPS

This AGM is especially important as members will vote on the adoption of the new Constitution and Code of Conduct, as well as elect the Executive Committee that will serve under the new Constitution.
