Let's talk Freestyle... ing! Yes your body position matters. You can increase your speed by working on your body position in the water. The stroke will also become less tiring and you'll swim with less effort 😉

What age is too young?
Parent ask what age to start. It's simple. Any age! Wether you're a few months, a few years or many years old it's never too early or too late. My youngest student started at a month old, the oldest beginner student I've taught was in her 80's
Don't put limitations on yourself. I do what I love and love what I do! That's why I can help you too.

You guys officially did it!
You managed to drain my phone battery (almost twice), flood it with messages till the storage moaned at me, forced me to step away from boring admin duties to reply (I'll have to catch work up 🤪) and I am sure the Intelligence squad is outside my house investigating to see if I am some sort of "dealer" by now 🤣

Why do I do what I do?
Look at Ouma (granny) and the kids (grandkids) loving their time together, playing safely, on a hot day!
Makes it all worth the time and dedication put into working with them...
Ouma learnt at age 66 years old, how to go under without holding her nose with no water going up into it 😉 You are never too old.
Any age at any stage 🏊🏼♀️
