President Jacob Zuma has torched a storm after he said South Africans battling to find jobs must join MMM. Speaking at a fundraiser in Limpopo over the weekend, the president shocked attendees when he encouraged them to join the embattled scheme.

“South Africans complain too much, there are many money making schemes that are making people rich everyday but you guys are waiting for me to come and give you a job. If you can not get a job, just join MMM. My gardener and maid do MMM and they get more money than what I am paying them. I want to fire them so they can fully concentrate on MMM”, he said.

The entrance of Mavrodi Mondial Moneybox popularly known by its abbreviation, MMM, into the country sent South Africans into a frenzy as many joined the quick-money train. The company which was founded in Russia by Sergei Mavrodi, his brother Vyacheslav Mavrodi, and Olga Melnikova recorded a rapid growth but in 1994, it came crashing down as it was closed over tax evasion.

Described as the biggest Ponzi scheme in the 1990s, it was estimated that thousands of people lost up to $10 billion dollars. The scheme which has been banned in China has found its way to South Africa, Zimbabwe and recently Nigeria where it has attracted “investors” who put money into it and receive 30 per cent “profit” ant the end of the month.

Jacob Zuma’s utterances have been met with an outrage all over South Africa with many saying Zuma was out of line and should apologise.

MMM STARTED IN SOUTH AFRICA IN FEBRUARY 2015. MMM PAID 30% EVERY MONTH TO EVERYBODY WHO PARTICIPATED AND MADE A WITHDRAWAL REQUEST WITH OUT A HITCH.

MEANWHILE MMM GLOBAL (NOTE WIDELY DIFFERENT FROM MMMSA AND OPERATING INDEPENDENTLY FROM MMMSA) WAS ALSO RUNNING ALONGSIDE CONNECTING MILLIONS AROUND THE WORLD, PAYING 100% PER MONTH FOR OVER A YEAR.


ADMINISTRATORS OF THE MMM GLOBAL FOUND OUT THAT THE 100% WILL NOT BE SUSTAINABLE FOR A LONGER TIME AND DECIDED TO CLOSE IT AND MOVE MEMBERS TO THEIR SPECIFIC COUNTRIES.

Well what the deputy commissioner said on SABC2is, they investigated MMM they found a number of issues that prevented them from further with the investigation
1. Its not registered as a company
2. Does not have a central bank account
3. Does not have an office, only operates online
4. Since its not registered as a company, they couldnt pin down the directors
4. Its footprint is over a number of countries.
As a result of the above they felt MMM is beyond their due restriction.

Is MMM really a scam?

Is it a scam to have a system that brings a community of people together that financially help one another, willfully, without being forced and understanding all the associated risk?
Is it a scam to have a system that creates a platform for individuals to combat poverty at its core? We always say fighting poverty is a collective effort; Now instead of people stealing, cheating or robbing they join their hands in good heart to provide financially help to one another, is that scamming really?
Is it a scam to see families that couldn't afford to bring food on the table now able because of the financial help they have received from other nembers?
Is it a scam to see students that couldn't afford to have pocket money and monthly allowances in tertiaries now able to afford because of MMM ?
Is it a scam to see entrepreneurs rising from the capital money raised through MMM and in return they contribute to the economic growth of this country and create employment to thousands?

I will tell you what a scam is?

A scam is allowing a 25 year old graduate get a bond that he/she needs to pay 30 years of his life of which 20 years could be just payments merely made towards interest and not even the capital amount.
A real scam is to have a poor man that paid 20 years of his life, he is now old, got retrenched and all you do is to repossess his house and sell it to somebody else and charge more interest again.
A real scam is to hinder people to their financial freedom yet encourage them to keep borrowing from your system so that they work for you and pay the rest of their lives if they live that long...

A real scam is to have someone work 40 years of his/her life and after retirement that person must take the fruit of his/her years of hard labour and pay the debts and bonds that refused to end because of ever increasing interest rates

Is it therefore a scam to have a system that produces people that can affort to buy a house they could have paid for 20 years in cash had such a system not been introduced?

Perhaps MMM crime has been to take such regular indebted clients and set them free from the chains of borrowing...
Perhaps MMM crime has been to make people to afford and they can nolonger now be slaves of the debt system you have created.
is MMM a scam? You can make your own judgment as to who a real scammer is.

Frozen Mavro are being sorted as we speak.
Keep an eye out on the various FB Pages and Groups, many already unfroze, many to come in the next few days.
MMM is huge and the glitch takes a little longer to sort with over 200 000 000 members worldwide.
Please note that the freezing period has always been two weeks from date of creating a PH.
This is for protection of the system and means onceyou done a PH, the
14 days start to count.
Once you created the PH the mavro sits in you PO and is RED until confirmed...the it turns BLUE and remain like that until the 2 weeks freezing is over.
Currently there are some that do not unfreeze after this initial 2 weeks and that glitch is what we are referring to....the mavro is thus only in freeze for a small additional fraction at this moment and no need for concern.
It still grows. Happy Happy....the unfreeze is happening and if yours are part of the glitch...get ready to get your dancing shoes on!!!
News24 posted an article this morning that caused some to have concern...no need for that....READ THE FULL ARTICLE....there is positive in that article at the bottom part of it! People often read a headline and the some of the article and start their imagination running wild...lol....read to the end!! MMM Global 100% was stopped by MMM before ANY DAMAGE...it did not collapse...MMM CARES....all members are being moved to their respective countries with their mavro so that they do not loose any mavro and money and where those do not yet exist, they are being developed....50 more countries are being added to MMM....this is excellent news for MMM RSA where it strenghtens the 30% growth as I have always maintained. A great proactive step by MMM.
