Father's Day saw a double celebration in our family. It was also my daughter, Zena's birthday. A few family members and friends met at Nerisha's home where we enjoyed a lovely lunch and a great deal of fun and laughter.

Where there is family, there is love. I am spending quality time with my grandson, Shay.

Eid Mubarak to one and all.

It took weeks but the sewerage blockage on Jamnadas Road and Paruk's Drive was finally cleared. A great deal of mess was removed which allowed the wastewater to flow freely down the hill.

Once again the Sewer Department did not arrive at Jamnadas Road to attend to the long-outstanding sewer spillage. However, I contacted another official who told me that he will send a jetting truck tomorrow.
