🔥 CHANGING THE SKYLINE | 📍 BALLITO

Two fire water storage tanks are taking shape and making their mark on the Ballito skyline as construction forges ahead towards the October deadline.

The welded tanks will be fitted with bladders and finished with site-specific external paint guarantees, ensuring durability and long-term performance.

🔥 ANOTHER MILESTONE ON SITE | 📍 Verulam, Durban

The fire pump has been delivered and is now standing in the pump room, alongside the tanks. Together, these two tanks provide a combined capacity of 690,000 litres of water.💦

And honestly… we’re chuffed! 😅👏.

One of the most rewarding parts of a project is seeing the work move from preparation and fabrication into the hands-on stages on site. What starts as drawings, materials, fabrication and planning eventually becomes something you can physically stand next to — and this is one of those moments.

Every tank starts with precision.

Inside our ISO-certified workshop, the fabrication process begins with the accurate drilling of the plates and tank supporting structures, followed by rolling the plates to achieve the required shape.

Once formed, the components are carefully laid out and prepared for assembly. From raw steel to a precision-engineered tank, quality is observed at every stage of the process.

We’re excited to announce the start of our latest fire protection project at Northpoint in Ballito, where our team will be manufacturing and installing 2 × Fire Water storage tanks, with a combined capacity of 505,000 litres.

Designed to support the fire protection requirements of a large warehouse facility, these tanks form a critical part of the site’s fire water infrastructure.

A glimpse of our team's work on the fire protection installation at the Conhill Visitors Centre. With sprinkler pipework progressing throughout the facility, we're continuing to deliver quality fire protection solutions through precise installation and attention to detail.
