ARTICLE 0: THE REMEMBERED SPLIT — A DECLARATION OF THE RESTORATION GENERATION

PREAMBLE — WHAT THEY MADE US FORGET
450 years ago, the world was split into two — not by accident, but by design.
World One: The Extraction Order. It asked, “Who owns this earth? How do we take it, title it, and sell it?” Its law was written to protect taking. Its economy was founded in destruction and extraction. Its sword is the tender.
World Two: The Restoration Order. It asked, “Who belongs to this earth? How do we heal it, preserve it, and belong to it?” Its law was written to protect belonging. Its economy is founded in dignity and sustainability. Its sword is the Constitution.
For 450 years, World One taught us that World Two does not exist. That indigenous governance is backward. That Ubuntu is poor. That tribal drums are noise.
This Article remembers the split they made us forget.
I. THE SWORD OF SEPARATION — IT IS NOT STEEL, IT IS LAW
The sword in my hand in this picture is not for blood. It is the sword spoken of in Revelation 14:7 and Section 179 of the National Prosecuting Authority Act:
“Worship Him who made heavens, earth, sea and springs of water.”
“...without fear, favour or prejudice.”
The old world worships who made tenders. We worship who made springs.
The oligarchs of World One have been plotting publicly, as you have seen. They do not hide anymore because extraction is still legal. But their time is limited by law they signed and forgot:
• Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), Preamble: “Recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace.” Dignity is not earned. It is inherent — chosen before our existence could be fathomed. • Constitution of the Republic of South Africa (1996), Preamble: “South Africa belongs to all who live in it, united in our diversity.” Belonging is not ownership. You cannot belong to a land you destroy. • Constitution, Section 1(c): Supremacy of the Constitution and the rule of law. • Section 2: Constitution is supreme law — any law or conduct inconsistent with it is invalid. • Section 7(2): State must respect, protect, promote and fulfil rights in Bill of Rights. • Section 9: Everyone is equal before the law.
This is the split: Are you loyal to flawed institutions captured by foreign forces and tenderpreneurism — as proven by the Zondo Commission — or are you loyal to the Constitution and to each other?
Section 18 gives us the right to make that choice: Freedom of association. We choose to associate as Restored Nation. The Uncapturable.
II. WHY THE OLIGARCHS USE YOU TO DESTROY YOUR OWN SOCIAL FABRIC
They have turned our own people against the very Constitution that empowers them by inverting Section 195 — Basic values governing public administration: Public administration must be accountable, transparent, and use resources efficiently.
World One teaches our brotherhood to defend the man who stole their job because he bought them a plate. That is not stupidity. That is captured imagination.
Our founding fathers — Luthuli, Tambo, Mandela, Sisulu, Mbeki — did fine work with their hands. They gave us Section 234: Parliament may adopt Charters consistent with Constitution. They gave us the power to write our own Charter for totally independent judiciary, for indigenous autonomous framework.
When you destroy social fabric for a tender, you denounce their work. When you demand accountability, you honour it.
III. THE INDIGENOUS UMBRELLA — THE ONLY CONSTITUTION THAT RECOGNISES ALL AS EQUALS
By 2030, this split will come to full capacity. The Earth is testifying — WMO 3 Sept 2026: Very strong El Niño intensifying. SAWS 31 Aug 2026: Below-normal rainfall, above-normal heat for SA 2026/27. Cape Town lowest rain since 1958. Nepal 900 missing. This is not weather. It is the bill.
World One cannot survive the bill. World Two can.
Our indigenous umbrella is not a new constitution. It is the only constitution we have — read indigenously:
Preamble: South Africa belongs to all who live in it — therefore, if you destroy it, you forfeit belonging.
Section 24: Everyone has right to environment not harmful to health, protected for benefit of present and future generations.
UNDIP (2007), Article 26: Indigenous peoples have right to lands they traditionally owned and to conserve them.
African Charter, Article 21: All peoples shall freely dispose of their wealth and natural resources.
This umbrella needs hands of authentic indigenous folk who understand atrocities of past and what never to do, no matter the amount of money presented to denounce loyalty to African indigenous identity and spirit of humanity.
Authentic means: We will never again sell spring water for tender water.
IV. 2030 AGENDA — OUR INDIGENOUS FRAMEWORK IN DIRECT ACCESS TO THE MASSES
The Sustainable Development Goals are not a Western import. They are World Two's law, written in UN language:
SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions. Democracy DOES empower you to hold leadership accountable and demand stronger institutions of justice and peace.
Section 41(1)(c) of Constitution: All spheres of government must provide effective, transparent, accountable government.
The 2030 Agenda is our indigenous framework because it says what our grandmothers said: No one should go hungry (SDG 2), no child without water (SDG 6), no work without dignity (SDG 8), no climate action without justice (SDG 13).
By 2030, we must have evolved into this — not because UN says so, but because Earth says so.
V. THE CALL — FALL IN LINE WITH YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL DISPENSATION
To my brotherhood — The New Compassion Network, The Restoration Generation:
1. Reaffirm your belief: Democracy does empower you. Section 17: You have right to assemble, to demonstrate, to picket, to present petitions. That petition you sign is constitutional. 2. Demand stronger institutions: Section 182, 188 — Public Protector, Auditor-General must protect you from abuse. Use them. Document. Earth Diary. 3. Hold the line on loyalty: No amount of money is worth denouncing loyalty to African indigenous identity. The sword separates — not by violence, but by choice. On which side of green band do you stand?
We are not asking for a better life for all. We are documenting it, job by job, street by street.
We heal what they stole.
This is Article 0. The article before all articles. The memory before law.
